High Density Polyethylene
High density polyethylene offers superior corrosion resistance, a higher working temperature range, and higher tensile strength. This material outperforms low density polyethylene in physical and chemical properties, but it is less flexible than low density polyethylene. Sterilization can be done by boiling. Outdoor exposure is similar to low density polyethylene. Heat distortion temp.: 170°F. Color: semi–opaque. |
